Lightas Travel灯塔旅游始创于2019年，公司位于澳大利亚的塔斯马尼亚州首府城市霍巴特。我们在创立初期主要接待来自中国大陆的游客，并与京冀地区多家旅行社开展了合作。经历了2020与2021年两年连续因疫情封国、封岛后，公司正式将发展方向调整为服务国际旅客与澳洲境内游客并行，而我们主打华人市场的主方针并未改变。截至2023年八月，灯塔旅游已经服务数百位华人游客，并收获了极高的好评率。
做为一家在疫情初期成立的旅行社，凭借着对因疫情而波动的旅游行业的解读以及对消费者需求的准确把握，目前已经熬过最困难的时期并开始稳步发展，并与塔斯马尼亚州多家本地景区、商户、餐厅和酒店都建立了稳定的合作关系。灯塔旅游始终以活跃的姿态、丰富的创意以及尽心尽责的导游团队为基础开设多条行程线路，并致力于从游玩的内容以及游玩形式上给客人最好的旅游体验。目前我们将绝大部分资源集中在塔斯马尼亚旅游上，同时也维护好和墨尔本、悉尼、珀斯等地旅行社的合作关系，得益于澳洲边境的开放，我们的业务量也在稳步上涨。
我们公司名字的设立初衷是希望通过我们的努力能够让更多人来游览塔州，体验全澳州乃至全世界最干净的空气和海水、最新鲜的美食、最丰富的野生动物资源以及最美丽的自然风景，并以此带动以旅游业为主的塔斯马尼亚州的本地发展。Lightas是单词Light和TAS的组合，意为“点亮塔州”，因为我们相信哪怕是再微弱的光也能照亮一方天地。灯塔旅游在全体员工的努力下，结合客人们以及相关行业朋友们的支持，终将照亮世界尽头的这座岛屿。
Lightas Travel was founded in 2019 and is located in Hobart, the capital city of Tasmania, Australia. In the early stages of our business we mainly catered for visitors from mainland China and worked with a number of travel agents in the Beijing and Hebei regions. After two consecutive years of country and island closures due to the epidemic in 2020 and 2021, the company has officially reoriented its development to serve international travellers alongside those from within Australia, while our main focus on the Chinese market has not changed. As of August 2023, Lightas Travel has served hundreds of Chinese travellers and has received excellent reviews.
As a travel agency that was established in the early days of the epidemic, Lightas Travel has been able to navigate the volatile travel industry and understand the needs of our customer, and has grown steadily through the most difficult times, establishing relationships with local attractions, businesses, restaurants and hotels in Tasmania. Lightas Travel has always had a vibrant, creative and committed team of staffs to offer a wide range of itineraries and is committed to providing the best possible experience in terms of content and format. We currently focus the vast majority of our resources on Tasmania tours, while maintaining relationships with travel agents in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, and our business is steadily increasing thanks to the opening of Australia’s borders.
The name of our company was created with the hope that our efforts would bring more people to Tasmania to experience the cleanest air and water, the freshest food, the richest wildlife and the most beautiful natural scenery in Australia and the world, and in doing so drive local growth in the tourism-dominated state of Tasmania. “Lightas” is a combination of the words Light and TAS, meaning “Light up Tasmania”, because we believe that even the faintest light can brighten up a place. With the efforts of all our staff, combined with the support of our guests and friends in related industries, Lightas Travel will eventually light up the island at the end of the world.
